Returns
Of course we hope that you will be delighted with your purchase, however, should you wish to return any item purchased Online you will need to do it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, as long as the item is unused and still in its original packaging.
Unfortunately for hygiene reasons we are unable to exchange or refund earrings.
Please ensure the delivery note is within the returned parcel and that it is packed and labelled carefully so that it is not damaged.
We recommend using a tracked return service and retaining a proof of postage, parcels are returned at your own cost and we are only responsible for the item once we have received it.
Parcels that are lost in transit will not be refunded.
Once your parcel has been received it can take up to 5 working days to process and a further 4 working days for the payment to appear in your account.

For In store purchase: We are happy to exchange or issue a credit note for unused items purchased In-Store and returned with a receipt within 14 Days. A refund will be offered if the item is returned with the receipt within 7 days. Unfortunately for hygiene reasons we are unable to exchange or refund earrings.
